Our Notaries Public carry a $15,000 Notary Surety Bond as well as $100,000+ E&O Insurance.

Please note, Notary Fees are established by the State of California, and we bill per their fee schedule.


Military documents, whether Active or Veteran in status, are always FREE in 95640!


*Per* Signature Fees:

$15.00 for Acknowledgement

$15.00 for Jurat.


Mobile Service Fee:

$50.00 Covers time and Travel  up to 25 miles Round Trip (State Mileage Rate after that)


After Hours Fees:

$50.00 Outside of normal business hours (9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday).  If booked 72 hours in advance, fee is waived.

$50.00 Holiday Fee - If booked 72 hours in advance, feel will be waived.


Loan Signing Fees:

$150.00 - For the first set of documents (refinance or purchase), document prep, notarization, travel, and UPS/FedEx drop-off.

$50.00 for the second set of loan documents at the same signing.


Printing Fees:

$25.00 for Real Estate eDocuments per set

$0.30 per page for General Printing


Living Trust Fees:

$100.00 will cover one (1) signer for one (1) set of living trust documents (includes multiple deeds), along with travel up to 25 miles round trip, notarization, and witnessing signatures.


$25.00 Each Additional Signer.


Waiting Fee:

$1.00 per minute for each minute that we have to wait outside of the initial "grace period" of 10 minutes.  You must notify us if you are going to be late beyond our initial 10 minute "grace period."  Failure to notify us will result in cancellation fees being charged as well as any other fees incurred due to your cancellation.


Cancellation Fee:

In the unfortunate event, the signer refuses to or is physically unable to sign after the notary public has arrived at the determined location, the full fee is charged.  In the event, the signer refuses to sign loan documents, we will charge the full amount of the service call.
