All Settlement Walk-Throughs (Stip and C&R) require the following documents included in the .ZIP file:

  • Current Benefit Printout/Complete Payment History
  • TD/PD begin, end, and PD advice/denial letters.  Basically, all benefit letters sent to the claimant.
  • P&S Report
